Thank god this eyesore is finally going down

I don't know what is worse, the parking garage or those waterclub condos.

...the makeshift sign was painted likely in response to drivers still trying to access it...even when the said garage is clearly being demoed. /sigh

The spray paint has been up there for many weeks. Possibly since the garage closed, but certainly when it wasn't obvious while making the turn from Queens Quay to use this entrance.

They may have put this up to save drivers from driving up the whole driveway (through/under the condos) to see that it's closed and have to make a U-/3 point turn to get out.

I think a black tower here will offer up some good contrast at the very least. Wallman have a couple nice black cladded projects.

The more I look at the way out of the site the more I wish they had have gone with the two Tower idea
