The Well, The One, One Bloor, Four Seasons, Picasso, 88 Scott, , etc. L Tower has a positive impact on the skyline even though it could have been way better
I mentioned The One.
One Bloor, The Well, Four Seasons - I would put into the really good category.
Picasso, 88 Scott, L Tower... not close to great.

Anyone have guesses for when it tops, or what height its at right now? Also curious, why don't they angle the crane upwards at this site? Sites with comprable heights have the crane angled when its not being operated.

It’s pushing 200m I’d say a solid 190~200m as prestige is 217m and they’re looking pretty close. Anyhow for when it’s topping out, I’m no professional but based off what more educated folks here said, it’ll top out sometime between July~September or as late as December. But definitely sometime this year (if it goes smoothly)

To back my claim on the height, he’s a comparison using skyscraperpage on how I see the two right now
(Correct me if I’m wrong)

The red line shows where I believe it’s at right now

Anyone has any idea on the timeline of topping off?
@OpenClosed has an idea as to when this might top off:

Tim Hortons has recently opened, as evidenced by the open door and balloons inside:

What's going on with the central units on the east elevation? The V-shape at the very centre is meant to be balconies for the Residence 12 units (flanked by the small balconies for Residence 11 and 1 units). But it appears that the V is being built out to the edge of the concrete: in other words, there's no balcony. Compare the eastern elevation with the western elevation.
