Some previous posts gave us that insight for those who needed a reminder (including myself). I will let others comment on its potential.

I’m sure CentreCourt’s vision will closely mirror the original master plan developed by the City during the period when Cushman & Wakefield owned the site. That earlier framework laid out a coordinated plan for the Senior & Youth Centre, the Library, and the Arts Centre. I believe in the new plan, there will be blocks for office towers along Pickering Parkway.
