I think they would lift it like one would eat an elephant. That is, at one piece at a time.

In fact, Utakata is correct! The Tuned Mass Damper will be be assembled from plates after being hoisted to the roof over the course of weeks by the crane!

Yeah it's made pretty evident with the RCS being completely dissembled for the core that we are at final height You can also tell by looking the steel columns that there are no additional floors The building has been crowned and we should all revel in the beauty that it currently is because those extra six floors would have been nice but I actually like the 85 story better
