...not sure how up to date this is, but it does show the floor plates as wedge shaped...which is difficult to determine from the angle of the renders and pics. So it's wider on the west end of it than the east...if that helps.

yes that's right, that's why at the very end of east side there are only one units with 3 views of : east, north and south. and at the very end of the west side there are 2 units with only 2 views.

Honestly I wish we got a red brick tower trend all over Toronto. Similar to some projects in Iran and other countries. Perhaps not the faux precast type, but Toronto would be easier on the eyes with much less grey spandrel and glass. Make every building in the area predominantly red brick cladding. The red brick district. I’d take that over grey spandrel.

I can’t help but yearn for the ‘missing’ vertical clad panels every time I look at this project.

So, I outlined them to see what it would look like.

Personally, I wish the days of funky and quirky buildings were done with, unless it’s a really well-rounded design. As for most cases in Toronto and around the world, these design choices read as watered-down, illegible, or in this projects case, lopsided.
 
So the Brick rectangles are gonzo? That was the most interesting part of this condo IMHO. otherwise it simply blends in with the many other look alikes!

Certainly glad they not only broke the rules for the triangle lands NOT exceeding 20 storeys, but then rubber stamped their application to add extra floors.

Certainly good value for all the affordable units this project will generate /s
