It was already a really poor design they would have been better to go with a more vibrant red panel if they were going to cheap out then the most mute brick precast I've ever seen

Looking at some of these pics I think I’m also irritated with the massing. Wherever 31R lands I pray the tower isn’t as close as these two are.

Dunno what a more gigantic podium would have looked like, but Goode should have extended south, gone up another ten stories and wiped 31 off the map.

Love the pier view but ugh, the massing of the two buildings and the cladding of 31 just made this a glob. Gonna be awhile before they put towers on the subway station and make the skyline interesting here

It kind of reminds me of the original Donkey Kong game how the sections are at slight angles to each other. This could have been a decent building if they didn't use such awful precast for it. Even just a texture like they used on the Whitfield would have looked so much better. It doesn't look like brick at all, it just looks like the cheapest possible precast.

West facing units should have a nice view.
