First noticed the snow removal when one guy was using a leaf blower off the side. The crane brought in this bin and a couple more guys descended on it with shovels.

Ugh, I hope they run out of money and stop at 15. That’s my monkey paw wish. This is just gonna be a glass wall of dumb.
It is a bit tall for the area, but it does provide height diversity against Goode Condo in the skyline. Some of the planned buildings in the area are trending towards the taller side, so I assume this will slowly become the norm.

Goode Condo is 39 and this one is 41 floors, so almost the same height. so why Xmyth is whishing like that for NO.31 but not to NO.33 Parliament?! LOL!

Wait... it says 46 storeys in the condo details for NO.31.... did I miss something?

Honestly, I also don't want buildings to get too tall around this area. But height diversity is good, otherwise you will have the situation in Fort York and Liberty Village where the skyline becomes a table top due to all condos being the same height.

can I ask you why is that wish?
I’d initially been meh about Goode, but was really pleased with how it turned out and the quality of productions. Seeing them brick the podium by hand instead of slapping up full day-panels was unexpected but welcome.

That being said, the triangle lands that these sit on were supposed to have a height limitation, but for whatever reason they said screw it- let’s pretend like another pricey condo is going to single handedly solve the housing crisis so the developers can cash a cheque; then put together a basic ass glass wall.

I’m also never a fan of them slamming buildings so close together, so seeing the podiums this close makes me shake my head.

It doesn’t compliment the distillery it doesn’t fit the site, it’s an ugly cash grab. But hey, that’s solely my opinion and anyone else can dig it and tell us it’s the best building in the city *shrug*
