Legally the purchase agreements allow them to finish as late as 2030 right? So technically they could still start in 9 months from now and pull it off.

A Construction Management Report has been submitted to the city with the following timeline:
Permits remain un-issued but with recent examination activity as of April 29, 2025 on the conditional / partial shoring permit.
