Progress has certainly been made with the cladding here, but it still feels a 100 years away from completion...

Glazing is at snails's pace. December to June for the first floor and it's not complete yet.
Granted it's more unique than the standard glazing

I’ve been wondering the level of risk for this development. Is it slow due to lack of access to glass/cladding (slow manufacturing from new supplier) or is it an indication of scraping by from the developer. Maybe a combination of both?

One Bloor West is wrapping up currently as it's reached its floor count, I believe. And while it did stumble out of gate, it's been going fairly steady for what it is ever since. As well as, it's in fairly secure hands currently...

...so it's a little unfair to compare the two projects that way, IMO.
