I think the developer is, but this development isn't...as far as anyone knows I gather.wouldnt be surprised if this heads into receivership
I’ve been wondering the level of risk for this development. Is it slow due to lack of access to glass/cladding (slow manufacturing from new supplier) or is it an indication of scraping by from the developer. Everything you can possibly think of that could go wrong here, has gone wrong.
I presume this is still under construction as the cladding is still making creeping progress, so maybe?sooo is it going to have same fate as the The One?

One Bloor West is wrapping up currently as it's reached its floor count, I believe. And while it did stumble out of gate, it's been going fairly steady for what it is ever since. As well as, it's in fairly secure hands currently...The One still making creeping progress? Or this? It's definitely not inspiring confidence for a safe investment at this point.
