I'm always surprised that the first tower is actually being built in this city and reassured when there are signs of life for the second tower. This will look gorgeous as a pair. I hope Frank Gehry lives to see at least one of them built.

I realize at his age, things can take a turn super fast but the last interview I saw he was looking pretty good for his age.

He's 96, I suppose he could make it to 100 but even then he wouldn't see the second tower. The first, maybe? Any buyers want to chime in with their expected occupancy dates?
