Will this one pick up after these initial floors? On the arch drawings, the floorplates appear to change as you go up every few floors, so maybe not?

The sixth floor is the last of the podium floors. I suspect after that it will pick up as the floor plates become more standard. Not sure we'll see Pinnacle or Centrecourt speed, but certainly quicker than current pace.

Here are a few photos I took of Forma yesterday evening:

When I took my previous photos of Forma Friday evening, it was around 6:50 pm. I can't tell from your file names when you took your photos, but judging by the overcast sky, it seems to me that you took photos of the site a few hours before I did that day.

Much closer than that.....I went to Longos after....then boarded the subway. I exited Longos at around 7:30'ish...... (just checked..... camera file says 6:01pm)

So we weren't that far apart.

It could be that they have to wait for the RCs to get to a certain height before they can install the secondary crane and concrete pump like we see on the other RCS systems such as the one and sky Tower

Possibly or perhaps they are waiting for a machine to become available since I doubt if they have tons of them sitting waiting in warehouses.

Skyscraper page has the second building (the taller one) being complete by 2028. It has to be way later then that at this point correct?

It's a rough guess. Ultimately the market dictates these things. IMO the second building will be lucky to have shovels in the ground by 2028. The condo market in TO right now is a mess. Will need a few years to balance out.

Well see that's what I was thinking, but I guess I was trying to figure out how they came up with such a bad "rough guess".

It's just a number I threw out there, instead of making it a stale proposal... the jury is still out if this will actually get built. I hope so... I'd hate to see it disappear from the diagram.
