The main issue I see with renaming the station within the next 10 years is that I don't think the T1 trains can be programmed to produce the new name

Roncesvalles Avenue is 375m to the currently named Dundas West Station.

Lines up with it perfectly though by the street grid.

The Village at Black Creek (formally Black Creek Pioneer Village) is 1,000 m to the currently named Pioneer Village Station.

Only reinforces the point of the name being chosen due to "confusion" of there being no Steeles station

I just saw a few TTC and Metrolinx people walking inside Eglinton (the existing Line 1 concourse). One had a clipboard, seemed like they were doing an inspection.

I can't overlook the big misalignment with Finch/Finch West, Sheppard/Sheppard West and York Mills/Wilson on that diagram.
