The tables seem to be set and they were busily cleaning the windows about an hour ago.

I'm excited for the alleyway to be finished. This will be a nice alternative to crossing to the Esplanade from Union besides taking Front Street.

Does CIBC own this space or is it co-owned with the Dominion Building or is it city owned? Seems like the Dominion building will have its back to the alley until it gets developed itself.

5m or so is owned by the Dominion building. I’m not sure who or how it will be finished it the short term.
