They are redoing the roof right now. One worker told me they were working on the south side stone only and would be done in a few months and another worker said 1 year. They are set up to work on both sides.

That area is just all towers clustered together, skyscraper clusters. It’s just dying for some surrounding green, natural urban spaces nearby.

Well - it actually isn't. Financial District ends at Front Street. This area is more residential than business / commercial.
