I don’t follow this project too closely, how long do any of you estimate the completion of the elevated park? Is this summer/fall unrealistic?

Right now, the northern section of the park that was previously open to the public is closed as they just installed another tree sculpture. I would estimate that based on construction progress on the north tower, the overpass park should be open by late fall.

Double-time Sunday
Horizontal slab going down. Vertical slab going up to the lower roof for prep work. Ground crew prepping for trucking.

Bridge update. Some of the backside top glass was installed before the snow fall.
Mechanical level exterior insulation almost done. Cladding can’t be too far behind.

Saturday
Hard to see what’s changed up top. The top underside roof was not fireproofed but the yellow panels are coming down I assume so the glazing can continue on pace. Maybe temporary hoarding will be installed on the top level.
