Today... mounds of dirt everywhere and digging even deeper...
They were fussing over this wall for some reason, struggling to put spacers in-between the boards.

Last I heard they hoped to finish excavation in spring 2026 (which looks about right) and build for a year and open in summer/fall 2027. Looks feasible to me as it's not a tall building.
