It looks like they are leveling out the lot and covering with a thick layer of gravel

One hopes they are doing this so the piling machine can get to work NOT because they have given up and are creating a car park!!!

Looks like one machine is left but no other work being done as far as I can see. The entire lot of flattened out and covered in gravel now.
