the other will be partially retained as a cab viewing area for visitors.
They really should do the same with the front end of 5619, it barely takes up any space compared to a full subway car.

Apparently it was a certain well-known HCRR member who managed to salvage the front of 5619 but I have no idea if they still have it or what they intended to do with it after it was on display in 2016.

And Markville and PTC (if we're talking about a subway line). Enough of the Scarborough crybully victim olympics.

edit: also Shops at Don Mills.

Well we don't have a transit line in Markham to begin with
Not sure what PTC is, Pacific mall? There's a go station there
If you wanna consider shops at Don Mills a mall then hey so be it. Eventually Ontario line will be right beside it but hey you can be on your high horse for as all as you want smart guy

Not remotely. Sherway Gardens, Square One, Vaughan Mills, all major malls also without a rapid transit connection.

As for the dumb oversight, you can thank Rob Ford and his enablers for that.
Yeah pretty dumb not not needed oversight

To clarify non of those malls have lines near by if I'm not mistaken. I thought VMC was near Vaughn Mills mall tho, a station should probably be there

A block away isn't around the corner and respectfully, this passage doesn't make sense given STC is getting its subway.

It's smaller than the regional anchor malls, but still fairly significant.

STC is getting its subway. What's the concern and why flog this horse again???
