Ive passed by this building enough times that I shouldve realized these curves were mirages

Then again, I try not to lpok at this thing...and still choose to imagine this building is an advertisement for smoking due to its large balcony in the podium, perfect for a smokers lounge, and for the drab, unbecoming exterior that really sucks the life out of this stretch of Dundas.

The paint is going the other way. Precast was installed as black and is now being painted this hideous red.

I saw that the renderings show a red podium, so I was wondering if they changed their mind due to negative feedback. But because the west elevation had been red for quite a while, I thought so was the rest. Looking at previous posts now I can see that the long side along Dundas was only recently painted red (or whatever you call that abomination)

Lipstick on a pig red...I gotta wonder if this paint will adhere for decades onto the surface, or if the grey will be poking out from these concrete slabs come enough exposure to the elements.

They should have done a much bolder colour. Given the context of the neighbourhood and the name and all.
