It doesn't surprise me, after seeing the finishes and landscaping on the Madison Centre on Eglinton, which is a project of theirs from 2016 or so.Yeah, not surprising here...as the Baka Nobu is supposed to gold too. So it's certainly a running theme through Madison's projects.

Seems to be looking down at 58-storey L Tower, which is over 200 m. The elevation difference between Church & Adelaide and Yonge & Front can't be that be that big?
