This one’s all flapping feathers but no graceful landing. For all the curves, shapes, and decorative doo-dads, the whole thing ends up looking rather messy — mostly thanks to the window wall and spandrel choices.

It's clumsy as all hell. Great brickwork on the podium, but a bit of a mess above. The difference between this and the subtle elegance of The Saint [itself a mess in its own way] across the street is remarkable. (JUST DO CURTAIN WALL, PEOPLE.)
