That damn gap tooth on king street.. we will never forgive them.. At this point theyd be better off demolishing the small bank beside it that building something huge with that giant square footage

Maybe Scotia would partner with someone.that big glass box must cost a small fortune to keep heated and cooled.

For sure - strike a deal to be incorporated into a new design, temporarily move - it's such a waste of height at this point. Although I am not sure.. maybe gore park needs shorter buildings for the trees?
