That’s a starting price I never thought I would see again!

I imagine they are trying to offload the remaining bachelor units at this price. Snagging a bachelor for under $300,000 could be great for someone who plans to live in it longer term or even rent it out.

I do remember buying my 555sqft 1bed condo for $260,000 back in 2014 though.

I wanted to check out if any of the ground floor retail units had been used, and one is being used as a construction office it seems, and another has paper over the windows, so perhaps something is planned to go in;
