I would expect that it remains bare concrete until the adjacent property redevelops and builds its podium to match the bare wall height before stepping back. With glazing coming straight to the property line for 400 King West above the bare concrete level, I would imagine that a limiting distance agreement was reached with the adjacent project to require the adjacent property to provide minimum separation distance on its site.What is the plan for the concrete wall with no cladding highlighted in the red box below?
