Ah I see that now. Just can't find any images of that building (Graftons?) in that configuration (post 1917 fire?) before it was just covered up in cladding.

It's a tenant of theirs in 69 John. Core Urban occasionally promotes their tenants on their instagram feed.
 
No photos today, since there's not much update, but I saw them working Saturday at like 7:30PM which surprised me. I'll go by next Monday and see if they're at floor 2 and take some photos then. The north and west portion seems to not have been fully formed yet, but there's a good chance they'll be there next week I suspect if they're working weekend.
