I live in the hood , steps away , .....the only ''messy'' was the cheapening out of installing clear glass balconies on 'the social' [southeast corner] , instead of solid white , which would have hidden balcony messes , and would have animated the facial presentation with all the zigzags , and that podium ,[complete laziness, RAW design ] . this tower, northeast corner ,is a copy , only with more height of the entails at bay and charlles , 80s bay windows . the hood is happy the c.h. Esso gas station is gone , though.

Correct. that is a crane base. Probably a week or two and it'll go up.
