A case study on how to make a stunning modern highrise with not much glass.

I honestly started to worry how bad this building was going to look before the cladding went up when I saw the size of windows.... turned out very well based on this last picture.

Such a special project for this city. Well done and hope it is well supported to inspire confidence for the next phase or two.

It really has turned out to be a great looking tower!

I've seen lights on in a few units on my morning commute, hope it leases up well and they get the rest of the development started sooner than later.

If it ever gets going, I have a sinking suspicion that the planned 6 story wooden walkup up the block will self-immolate out of sheer shame...

The usual:
payday loan dealer
cannabis shop
liquor store
beauty salon
medical clinic

The adjacent blocks have very few of these things. The most common establishments are restaurants - particularly quick service food targeting office workers and students. There is also a cluster of nightlife in the area. Cannabis and payday businesses are struggling to stay open, plus liquor stores require zoning that doesn't allow them to open next to one another.

Given that an expanding Norquest is next to this, I would expect more of the same.
