Aww man, well either way I'm looking forward to whatever Autograph does! Mercury and Cobalt have and will have an amazing impact on this area.

This is fine. Plenty of surface parking lots in the core exist.

The habit of tearing down structures hasn't been my favourite, and I'd much rather see Leston give this spot new life, while Autograph kills a gravel lot.
