This corner needs a few new builds, a handful of pieces of land to the east need to be filled as well, plus a few projects up 124th. It’ll feel complete long before 116-101st at this point.

The 'West Village' or whatever Edgar is calling that area now definitely has seen the biggest change for a high-density, infill area, over the last decade in the city, after the Ice District of course.

It bothers me so much that this kind of thing happens in Edmonton so often. 3 small buildings, with active storefronts, in 2019... torn down and now sit empty for 5 years (and god knows how many more).

Wish they'd open another Find store in/around Wihkwentowin. I've gotten some scores on misc furniture at the 122nd location but it's pretty out of the way just to stop in and see what's there.
