Druing the mid-cycle budget last year, Council (can't remember exactly which councillors) expressed frustration about this lack of prioritization list. That lead the GM of Infrastructure Michael Thompson, to promise he will prepare a prioritization list for them. Not sure when that will be done, I would assume nothing until post election, likely not ready until the next budget in fall of 2026.

A preliminary list for Transit in the new 10 year capital plan was presented to Council last month:
