Was curious after snapping the shot of East York above... do different sections of Toronto still use different colour street lights? Are we all moving towards one standard 'temperature' eventually? I always found the low pressure sodium vapour gas-discharge lights a little spooky. Remember when the Don Valley (and Gardiner?) had them end to end in the 70s and 80s?
They’re replacing lamps in Scarborough with LED as needed. Temperature is a bit warm, but not orange. There’s a couple when you cross the Rouge Valley on Kingston Road and you can see how they compare with the cooler LED lamps in Pickering.
 
The ice breaker ONGIARA making trips every 30 minutes to the Island of Toronto through the Harbour of Ford.
