I'm a bit conflicted about the transition from the reddish to the blue tone, as seen in a single panel on the bottom-top row. Obviously, we're missing a large part of the gradient pattern, but it's not as seamless as I thought.

Here's the elevation again showing the transition: The red panels in this elevation look more brownish, and the blue seems more muted, so we'll see how it looks when completed.

Yeah its a little jarring at the moment. Keeping the same windows is pretty key. The illustration show some kind of grey paneling so I'm quite happy they didn't go that route.

Is the cladding higher than the concrete superstructure? Doesn't seem like it at the edge, but it does seem like it when looking at the angle.

Looks like they built it quite a bit differently than what they had submitted. We can see here that at the to, they neither have windows or black panels, but nothing at all. The superstructure also doesn't go all the way up to an angle, but instead steps up, and the cladding forms a cage around the top.

This is my first time seeing that version. And that looks very silly in comparison.

Pat on RFC Discord. I hope that grey paneling above the storefronts isn't the final product.

Based on the closeup podium renderings, I thought the railing would extend below, which would be a much cleaner and coherent look. This, if it is the final product, is the first time they go against the renderings (in a worse way than proposed).

Oh what the heck. Looks like its attached to the metal framing.

Very strange. From the distant and grainy photo, it looks like construction hording painted grey by the NCC. Just needs a little strip of green at the top.
