I hope this park gets some programming like Churchill Square. More people will make it more attractive.
I hope for your sake you never become homeless and have to rely on goodness of others.Oh? Im ranting about the homelessness destruction in general…
This isn’t about me……I hope for your sake you never become homeless and have to rely on goodness of others.
Yes, the City has confirmed to us that there is programming planned for the park this summer. Also I believe the Y plans to host some day camps there, so there might be other users as well. Stay tuned!I hope this park gets some programming like Churchill Square. More people will make it more attractive.
you can see the oil canning from photos taken earlier in the thread. I remember staring at these panels hoping that they would be replaced.
Love that - it's awesome to see the city and private sector working together as partners. We're the Calgary folks a similar mixture of municipal and private sector reps?Pretty neat thing happened today... a few of us from the private sector and COE were invited to welcome guests from the City of Calgary to talk about this major public investment and how it is spurring private residential investment around it and providing the necessary infrastructure/amenities to welcome much needed density.
Awesome group of folks around this table.
