I believe this is right on 156 street, between 92 & 92A Ave. There's a large parcel there that, per the City's zoning site, was rezoned DC2 to RM.

Yeah, this is the correct spot. This build will be very similar to the McDonald’s one on 150st too though. Sounds like they’ll move from that one to this one once finished based on a call I did with beljan/clarity since this one’s in our community league.

I drive by there every morning. They had for sale and sold signs up there for months. I believe the signs said DC2 on them but I could be wrong.

Not sure what's going there as there were never renderings posted on the site.
