Lots of action in Garneau right now: Douglas Manor, Altairus, the 4-storey multifamily right next to Altairus, this one, and there is a rezoning proposal for another 6-storey.

My guess is that it will be built where hanger 11 was. This seems like the most obvious place for it now

A lot of people seemed to love Hangar 11 but when I worked at NAIT and looked out one of my windows and saw it, I always considered it to be an eyesore and I'm glad it's gone !

That part of Town is getting quite a few. Most are more than 4 stories. One across the street has additional CRUs on the main floor. Cidex has one a 1/2 km away as well. And if you go up by the Cosco there are a lot more rentals.

This one is start and stop. The shoring equipment has sat idle for a few weeks now since it was moved back.
