I could have sworn people have posted here before that they used to get one minute's grace.
Maybe they should display the Millisecond (ms): 1/1000th of a second (10⁻³ s), Microsecond (µs): 1/1,000,000th of a second (10⁻⁶ s), or Nanosecond (ns): 1/1,000,000,000th of a second (10⁻⁹ s)?

Maybe display the second truncation (IE. 29, 30, 31...), unless they use rounding.

Trying to tap my card at the GO Presto machine today. Showing a negative balance, although the app said I had over $50 balance in the card when I checked last night. Checked activity history showing negative $80 load amounts. Called customer services and was told those were corrections for autoloades never processed back in September 2023. No idea that ever happened and no way to substantiate the explanation. Who in the world does corrections almost two years later and without informing the customers first?!

Autoload never seemed worth setting up, don't know anyone who hadn't have issues with it. Are you going to try fighting it or just abandon the card?

I've been using autoload since the earliest times it was available. Never any issues. Even with multiple cards now (family...).

Even with Presto's other problems, this is something that always stood out as making Presto super-convenient and useful.

Is there a way they may come after me for that negative balance, even with interest and penalty?
They can't even run a half decent payment system 🤣 I don't know anyone though who has been "punished" for being in the negative for an extended period of time.
