Maybe they should display the Millisecond (ms): 1/1000th of a second (10⁻³ s), Microsecond (µs): 1/1,000,000th of a second (10⁻⁶ s), or Nanosecond (ns): 1/1,000,000,000th of a second (10⁻⁹ s)?Nooo!!!

Autoload never seemed worth setting up, don't know anyone who hadn't have issues with it. Are you going to try fighting it or just abandon the card?Trying to tap my card at the GO Presto machine today. Showing a negative balance, although the app said I had over $50 balance in the card when I checked last night. Checked activity history showing negative $80 load amounts. Called customer services and was told those were corrections for autoloades never processed back in September 2023. No idea that ever happened and no way to substantiate the explanation. Who in the world does corrections almost two years later and without informing the customers first?!

The only time I've had an issue is when I've forgotten to update a credit card and autoload got cancelled for a couple of days. Otherwise, it works well. And it's convenient if you have multiple cards (e.g. family members) on an accountI've used it since it was first available with no issues
