So, the person who has led the charge for convoluted P3s, with only one bidder, and who has overseen the largest increase in procurement costs for major projects in Ontario in living memory........is being put in charge
of one of the agencies he burdened w/this crap..........to fix the mess he helped make?

Ok, then.

Funny thing is; it could've been much, much worse.

Apparently he has since gone on the record as disavowing of P3s, and feels that are better ways of managing huge projects in a more collaborative and effective manner.

Internally at Metrolinx at least, his hiring is seen as a huge win......for now.

I can't get the text in focus when I blow it up.

What is notable is what's not there.........the extension to Meadowvale.

But they do show two paths east of Kennedy.

* I would take this with a very large grain of salt, as Mx is known to bring out of date displays to events.

A different map from Reddit. Regarding Line 4, Yes notable that Meadowvale isn't there. But it just says study area, which isn't really that noteworthy for everything else.

Agreed. Metrolinx said in their last BRT update to Durham council indicated there was no (more) funding for the DSBRT beyond what was federally funded years ago. Progressing is a bit of a stretch, with the majority of the project not...
