Does anyone know where the new siding in Acton will be (or is already)? It's my understanding that it was supposed to be built concurrently with the siding outside of Breslau, but I haven't seen any updates on it.

It's in procurement, I haven't gone back to see when the bids close but should be awarded shortly.
From all the spraypainting out that way, it looks like it will be pretty much where the existing siding (which still exists as a stub end track, no longer connected at both ends) will be.

I'm wondering how the track layout will work with the tunnel since it spits things out right where Resources Road currently runs. I'm assuming MLinx will expropriate that underpass and redirect traffic to come off Islington to the east, not west? Will they continue the fourth track that just ends right after the signal gantry just south of this property?

As I understand it, the northernmost tracks (one that exists, and one yet to be built to the north) will just "wiggle" their way over to the two new tunnels and the two southern ones will remain in the existing tunnel. I don't know how that jives with the road overpass or Resources Road.
I have hunted high and low for the Parsons design study on the EMU maintenance facility, but it's eluding me (It's Appendix K to the UP Express Electrification TPAP Report, if anyone kept the entire document). IIRC it had drawings of the site design.

Chapter 2 seems to have a written description. Using different combinations I can't seem to find Appendix K....yet.

Yes that is what we discovered last time we discussed the track layout under the 401 in this thread.

Update: I was able to find the "Appendix K to the UP Express Electrification TPAP Report" that @crs1026 referenced. The last page had the key clue which was a reference to:

With work starting on all of the logistics hubs, one could be forgiven for concluding that ONxpress' plan for GO Train Expansion was approved at the June Metrolinx Board meeting.

All this talk about GO getting their own infrastructure between Georgetown to Bramalea on the Kitchener line is great, but it raises a few questions for me because it isn't clear. Does anyone know what is going to happen once they reach Mount Pleasant, and what this is going to look like towards Bramalea? Are they going to have to expand the station space to accomodate more rail? Are they going to do another flyover? Is there info I'm unaware of?

In short, yes, they want to do a flyover between the Credit River and Mount Pleasant. Here's the latest:

Interesting bit from the GO Capital projects update/Union Station:
It was another busy quarter for the Union Station Enhancement Project (USEP), where Metrolinx is using Alliance contracting to deliver a suite of improvements to Union Station. During excavation over the winter, significant archaeological findings were unearthed between York and Bay streets along the historical Lake Ontario shoreline, specifically the remnants of the original Toronto wharf. The wharf’s materials were catalogued in detail and successfully removed, allowing the project construction to continue. East of the station where the Alliance is adding approach tracks, temporary shoring at both Jarvis and Sherbourne Streets started in March and continues into the spring in preparation for the substructure work of both bridge extensions. The civil underground duct bank between the Esplanade substation and the Don Fleet Junction was also completed, which is a critical precursor to future works, such as the installation of the utility bridges.
