So now the question is when will that RSD start for Eglinton? It's bonkers how they still haven't gotten to that step yet after fourteen years of construction!

30 days put it at Monday October 20, but more like October Saturday October 25 after the ribbon cutting to Saturday December 20th. Have to tie in the new bus routes that normal change on a Sunday. Then it will depend on Ford PR as to when he wants it to happen and I think at this time Ford doesn't care which line open first so long as one or both do this year..
You could do a soft week opening starting October 20th leaving the bus routes in place and do a full change on Sunday October 26 for everything. Time will tell when we will get the opening date.

In any decently run organization, Customer Service Operations (including CSAs) are part of Revenue Service Demonstration testing.

But they have started their Revenue Service Demonstration - the RSD for the operators has not.

I don't think CSAs have their own independent RSD, I think it's a project wide event.

Because the operators have not been informed that their RSD is starting. They would have gotten a similar memo - but they haven't.
