Like I said, @Avenuer was pretty positive this'll happen this year (announcement of it starting or actual construction).

So I'm believing him!
Wait what?! @ForestedImagination I thought my head was stuck in the sand yet you agree with @bodsbods9090? So which one is it? Is is progressing or are you “assuming” it is kiboshed because of “dirigible” comments?

Qualico laying the ground work for Switch Phase 2 - “The Switch advances the long-term vision for Station Lands as a mixed-use district.”

Epcor Tower in the old cafe spot, but still a nice amenity for both buildings.

Bill is even more mad then he was before!

I realize it is frustrating - 108th is closed, 107 has limited access, 102 Ave has LRT construction ... However, I went through the alley detour several times and survived just fine.

It is not the most scenic route going by the old Saveco building, which is probably not going to be around much longer, but it works. Bill really needs to chill.

I don’t pretend to even know who Bill is but yes of course this closure is only helping him and his building……we’re all really hoping he doesn’t use this as an excuse not to build the next phases…..he kinda seems like a dick…..

My lord, but that has to be peak Edmonton verbiage right there. "Sh!t looks like sh!t: so what! YOU'RE the problem!" Winning that race to the bottom right there.
