Exactly. The location despite some obvious issues is next to a very good quality office building and also very close to downtown and a quality product makes it more appealing.

Perhaps an easy thing to do here, which probably some others would have done, would have been to built something that was not as good quality, but I feel that would have been a mistake.

I noticed all the spires on EPCOR tower are removed. Since when?

It's gotta be close to being a go. Plenty of developments have gone ahead with less than 95% leased.
