I can only assume with all that blank gray wall space on the West facing side, that there are plans to throw up some wraps/decals/displays

Yeah -- that's what I was getting at -- blank walls kill pedestrian flow and interest.

Walked by at lunch, the window wrappings are coming down. from what I could gander, interior looks pretty nice.
