What an amazing transformation of the area. Now how about a nice pub for the area to hit pre/post EE.
See Ian, here's another example to compare to your first love of "University City," in YYC!!! Muttart now has 8 buildings built with 2 more plots of land still left to go.....easily rivals what your buds are doing down south......lol....

Actually no, it does not, given the amount of mixed-use down there, townhouses and greenspace.

Not taking anything away from this project, but it's not in the same ballpark.

Does anyone know where phase 3 will be located—the plot of land by the "keep edmonton weird" building, or the property by the lrt station that they're using as a lay down site?

Have to zoom in but it's there.

Phase 3 is the laydown site. Rohit doesn't own the plot next to the "keep Edmonton weird" building, that site has been listed for sale for quite awhile: https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/27867552/8490-106a-avenue-nw-edmonton-boyle-street

Given how much vacant land we have in the core, this description is hilarious: "RARE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY to BUILD 2 HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL CONDO TOWERS in a PRIME LOCATION in the CORE of EDMONTON". Nothing "rare" about that kind of opportunity.

I suppose it sort of depends on the definition of prime location, but I would agree there seems to be plenty of opportunity around in fairly good locations.

It seems to be the type of hype that is typical in this industry. I am not sure it helps get credibility for this here perhaps it is aimed at out of towners who may not know better.
