Where did you find this?
This area paused, given that not only does it lack roads, but it's over a meter below rough grade at this point. Doing either would've been difficult with as much snow on the ground as we had.Have they been working in that area over the winter, or did they pause until the spring?
That's a primordial plan from before redevelopment was approved. It doesn't match with the road grid that's actually been developed, and Residential Low and Residential Medium-Low appear to have been effectively merged in actual implementation.Where did you find this?
There will be 23 unitsWhile Streetside's builds are probably my least favourite among the active builders doing freehold townhouses here, I have to admit they move really fast. It warms up for a bit and they already poured foundations for a new row of their bungalows. View attachment 634628
Green are sold already?
First ones available to purchase. Sold goes Red.Green are sold already?
I mean... I live here and walk through here pretty regularly and I'm regularly in the position of thinking, "Wait. When did that start?"Ngl it's fun seeing Blatchford go from "why tf aren't they building anything yet" to "wait there's bungalows by a lake now?". Seems like it's going faster and faster by the month.
One (bottom right of the circle) has a pending development permit and signed blatchford agreement with Crimson Cove, who are already building homes at Blatchford; the rectangular plot below the circle has an approved DP, but no builder's agreement signed yet so it isn't reflected on Blatchford's map of upcoming projects; and the city claims (see my post above) that they have four signed agreements (totalling ~250 units) to subsidize multi-unit buildings' district energy connections (they need a special mechanical room), so either there are two more yet to reveal themselves, or the Streetside and Stratosphere projects are the other two.

The 6655 lot on the Blatchford website says that lot has been sold to Crimson Cove and 4-6 storey rental apartments will be built there. I feel like I had heard somewhere that Crimson Cove actually had plans for 3 apartment buildings on either side of Alpha there, but I do not know where I heard that...

As a refresher, there was already a pending DP - I wonder if Crimson Cove is involved with both of them?
