Will this be like a community league hall for Blatchford?

Any indication when that giant hill in Blatchford will begin development? Certainly there is a lot more excavation to happen in the neighbourhood, but wondering if a timeline is in place. Griesbach did a nice job with their hill featuring a well built stairway and paths to the top along with a huge community gardens at the base. It's a popular ammenity.

The project's main scope involves largely preserving the Aircraft Control Tower while significantly renovating the adjacent Annex building. The Annex will be transformed into a community gathering space with public restrooms, and the exterior spaces will be integrated with public realm improvements. Mechanical and electrical systems will be updated, including connecting the building HVAC to the district energy system (DESS). The project aims to demonstrate net-zero sustainable principles through adaptive reuse, on-site power generation via a photo voltaic array, and DESS integration.​
