I think I sat there in stunned silence for a bit, then said I had set his car on fire before the interview.^ And what was your answer to that question? Mine would have been "the thoughts running through my head while sitting in this interview."
We were on track for it until the mid 2010s tho. The Oil crash and Covid set DT back at least a decade, between unbuilt projects and people leaving for the burbs during covid.^kinda sorta, not really and we've been talking 20000 by 2020 since 2010... and are WAY behind on residential growth in the core.
