^haha... MEGA CLUB! no thanks. Lots of better spots, but certainly let's hope the rest get filled soon.

Probably a combination of playoff season, the nice weather and just all the downtown revitalization stuff with students and new residents and return to work orders but this is probably the busiest spring I've ever seen for downtown since COVID, both in foot traffic and transit too.
No question. I remember saying this last spring/summer too, but it seems even more noticeable now.

Reminder, the Downtown Farmer's Market is back on 104 Street starting May 17.

Only partially joking, haha, we should start a 30-day 311 challenge on this forum. Report a 311 issue once a day for 30 days. Issues wouldn't be hard to find. Whoever completes challenge goes into draw for $500 gift card from Westrich.

Some of the new planters along Jasper Ave between 109-114st) need some love and attention.

This city planter in front of Cactus Club isnt doing well and has a lot of cigarette butts in it, too. We should be able to do better.

The city issued a warning to Regency for garbage on their 113-114st site after it was reported on 311.

I’ve done 18 reports in the last 30 days. Most for litter/garbage/potholes. It does make a difference.

I'm gonna be honest - I have no idea if this matters to the SRC folks. But the City sent it to me and I'm slapping it on here anyway.

I realize I'm sounding like SRC's hall monitor, but shouldn't this be in the Real Estate thread instead of the Downtown thread?
