A couple patios in action from yesterday.

Every commercial vacancy filled is a small vote of confidence downtown. Dave's Hot Chicken looks like it has a lot of foot traffic in its downtown location, so I think other people/chains are taking notice. It seems like a risk but looks like it's paying off for them.

The mystery of which office buildings being taken off the market for residential is now over. Apparently McKenney (which we have in this forum already) and Highfield Place (first time I'm hearing or seeing this??)
Highfield Place is a cool-looking building. I'm interested in hearing more about that one. Couldn't find anything else yet.
 
Really hope we see some more proposals for conversions. Awesome to see PMK getting done. Personally would love to see Highfield Place converted, pretty sure it's completely vacant and has been struggling to get space occupied for years, even pre-COVID office glut

This is fantastic. If you enjoyed putting it together, would you consider doing this for 1) Wikhwentowin/Westmount 2) Old Strathcona/Whyte 3) U of A adjacent (Garneau, Windsor Park etc)

Good work! Just need to add ICE District Phase 2 under Planned/Proposed, although I'm not sure of the number of units.
