INS looks to be ready to open in the former Melt space on the second floor of Bell Tower.

I noticed INS setting up there and feel that is a really good spot for them, between the office crowd and people in the nearby hotels they could get a steady number of customers. It also makes the pedway feel more lively.

It's a convenience store, nothing too shiny but every retail and commercial space taken off vacancy downtown is a good thing, no matter how big or small lol
