The patio is really pleasant in the summer and the whole side of the building opens up, so it's just like being outside. Wonderful place. You can get a freshly baked croissant and some fresh fruit compote for about $5, which is a steal these days.

Latest discovery - a new place called the Organic Press Cafe, on Annette at Willard in the Junction. Very nice, clean, modern space with lots of natural light. Falls a bit short in terms of coziness though - all seating is hard surfaced, the large space is too open, and the walls are white, making the room too bright.

Perfect pants to match "the haven"!
"Gigli" seems nice and cozy. Couple of couches would make it even more so. 😊
Gigli is indeed a very lovely addition to the Junction, but yes, the lack of soft seating does take it down a notch on the cozometer.

Love those leggings. Where do you buy them? I have some fun patterns, but yours are better.
Thanks for the love! Those ones in particular were a recent find at Value Village on Dovercourt. It can be a frustrating experience for me having to sift through endless amounts of utterly boring clothes that these stores are packed to the gills with, but now and then a gem is found amongst the rubble. I saw these and instantly thought, "MINE!!!!", barely even glancing at the size (well, they're stretchy!) or price. How could I go wrong with tights that simulate ripped jeans with a booty short element (not visible on the photo), giant holes with a fishnet design, and even stylized metal punk studs?? In the wise words of @UtakataNoAnnex - SMEXY!! 🤤
